HICKORY, N.C. – Adult Children of Aging Parents (ACAP) will offer “Preventing Those Nasty Falls” on Tuesday, June 25, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Women’s Resource Center in Hickory.
The free program will offer specific and practical strategies for preventing falls that so often result in significant injury and long-term issues, particularly for aging persons. Facilitator for the program is Dr. Sue Friguglietti, assistant professor, School of Occupational Therapy, Lenoir-Rhyne University.
