ACAP Hall County, GA
Who We Are
ACAP Hall County has been established to offer information, resources, support, and community to enhance the quality of life for area caregivers and their older adult loved ones. Beginning in September 2023, the chapter will provide caregivers with resources, choices, and information that will promote confidence in navigating the often stress-filled responsibility of providing care for aging loved ones. We seek to grow a community of caregivers so that strength can be realized by program participants in company with others who share similar journeys and concerns.
The chapter will offer monthly educational seminars and community connections, tailored to the specific needs of caregivers in the Hall County area. Every meeting will begin with time to meet and greet others and will provide information and resources specific to caregivers’ needs.
As collaborative partners, Legacy Link, Inc. and University of North Georgia’s Institute for Healthy Aging feel privileged to join ACAPcommunity, supporting its vision and broadening its reach to Hall County, helping strengthen caregiving insights and skills and enriching the lives of area caregivers and older adults.
