Morning Stretch: Movement for Older Bodies

Movement and exercise are essential for the health of our bodies, brains and sense of well-being. Learn about exercises that are enjoyable, the importance of these exercises for caregivers and their parents, and resources in the community that can help you move your body in healthy ways!
