PRESENTER: Health and Fitness Coach Ariel Rubin from House Call Counseling and Healing Arts.

Ariel is a health and fitness coach in the North Carolina Triad area. Her specialty is helping others manage chronic pain, therapeutic functional fitness, and Yoga. She helps clients develop fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits so they may reach healthy lifestyle goals.
