How to Advocate for Your Loved One (and Yourself) in Healthcare
The Manager of the Advance Care Planning department for Northeast Georgia Health System will present Respecting Choices® advance care planning program created to educate people about their choices in health care advocacy and how to document those in an Advance Directive. She will also discuss Plan in a Can: an initiative developed in our community to ensure the best care for patients in the transition from their home, to an emergency room, and inpatient facilities.
