Guide to Caregiving for the Aging Adult

Join us to get practical tips and tools to use for gathering information when visiting aging parents, such as how to:

  • Identify barriers in the home that might impact aging in place and learn ways to modify or eliminate them
  • Identify potential needs for physical, visual, auditory, cognitive, and emotional supports
  • Provide hands-on care and know when to ask for help
  • Hold conversations with aging parents, siblings, and other family members about parents’ needs and services.
