This program covers emergency planning, building disaster kits, managing medical needs, ensuring safe evacuations, and accessing resources. Welcome to ACAP Bergen County, your essential support for caring for older loved ones. We know the challenges adult children face when caring for aging parents. In our diverse community, ACAP Bergen County offers a network designed to meet your specific needs.

We provide free educational programs, resources, and connections for caregivers in Bergen County. Our chapter covers everything from using local healthcare resources to understanding New Jersey’s legal issues and financial planning for you and your aging parent.

Backed by senior services professionals, ACAP Bergen County is a valuable resource for caregivers. By building a sense of community and shared experiences, we help improve the well-being of caregivers and their aging parents.
