This program features the advice and expertise of Patty Watts, President of the Connecticut Association of Senior Center Personnel, and Joan Marshall, LMSW of the Senior Resources Area Agency on Aging. This program will be an interactive discussion where you will walk away with many ideas, information and resources to improve the quality of life for your aging loved ones.

Our learning objectives of this program are:

Learn how to utilize your local senior center to improve your aging loved one’s quality of life through recreational opportunities.
Gain knowledge about the supportive resources available through senior centers.
Learn how to access state programming and supportive resources through the Agency on Aging including home care support, access caregiver support and state-funded programming.

Refreshments will be served. Doors open at 5:00 PM.
