Welcome to the ACAP SECT–River Valley Chapter!
We are a collective of senior care experts, aging services professionals, advocates, and trusted professionals dedicated to supporting older adults and the adult children who love and care for them.
Many in the Sandwich Generation, caring for aging parents while also managing children, family, careers, and the many responsibilities of everyday life, find themselves feeling confused, overwhelmed, and alone as they navigate the complex and often uncharted territory of caregiving.
Our mission is to provide free community, education, and support for these adult children and all who care for them, empowering them with trusted information, practical guidance, and the opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what they are going through.
Topics we will explore include healthcare concerns, financial planning, legal preparation, home care, nutrition, living with joy, and many other aspects of aging and caregiving.
Together, we help families feel less alone and more confident as they navigate the decisions ahead. We look forward to seeing you!
