Welcome to ACAP Centre County, serving the State College area in central Pennsylvania! We are here to support you in navigating the challenges of caring for aging loved ones. We understand the difficulties faced by adult children stepping into caregiver roles.
Our chapter offers free monthly educational programs, an annual conference, and a range of resources tailored to caregivers in Centre County. We cover topics like local healthcare resources, Pennsylvania's caregiving legal issues, and financial planning for you and your aging parent.
