Presenters: Danielle DuVall, B.S., Certified Exercise Specialist, Supervisor of Wellness, Foxdale Village
Chronic stress and fatigue associated with caregiving can have long-term physiological effects. Learn the importance of physical activity and how to fit exercise into your busy caregiver role. Danielle DuVall has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, with a major in kinesiology and a minor in gerontology. She is also a certified functional fitness trainer and a certified aquatic instructor.
